With over 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Chef Diego's culinary journey has taken him around the world, studying under renowned chefs and honing his craft in prestigious kitchens. From his early days at IIS Domizia Lucilla Sezione Alberghiera to his time cooking alongside culinary luminaries such as Carles Abellan, Alex Simone, and Albert Adrià, Chef Diego's passion for excellence and dedication to his craft have shaped his remarkable career.

Chef Diego's culinary adventures have spanned across Europe and major cosmopolitan centers including London, Madrid, and Rome. It was during his tenure in Ibiza that he first assumed the role of Executive Chef, leading the charge in creating unforgettable dining experiences. His journey continued in Barcelona, where he helmed the kitchen at the acclaimed Bar Brutal, before making his mark in New York City.

In the bustling culinary scene of New York City, Chef Diego has left an indelible mark, having worked at esteemed establishments such as Marea and, most recently, overseeing all culinary operations at Joe Bastianich's LUPA. With each dish he creates, Chef Diego's commitment to excellence and passion for authentic Italian flavors shine through, captivating diners and earning acclaim from critics and patrons alike.
